Secrets to Beautiful Skin

All of us want to have a radiant skin. Some try so hard and still don't quite get the results they expect. What we do not know is that washing isn't enough to have clear and flawless skin. Sometimes to our desire of having a good-looking skin, we try plenty of products and notice no improvement at all. Other cosmetics can even damage the skin and cause breakout if directions of use are not followed. For those who have sensitive skin you have to be careful in choosing the skin care products to use because if you don't, you will cause more damage to your skin. Here are some best observed tips for a fine-looking skin without spending too much.

1.) Follow a skin care regimen suited for your skin type
2.) Apply a sunscreen with a good amount of spf, preferably at least spf 15
3.) Never sleep with your makeup on
4.) Drink plenty of water
5.) Get a good 7 - 8 hours of sleep
6.) Exercise regularly
7.) Eat a balanced diet with more fruits and vegetables
8.) Avoid getting stressed
9.) Limit alcohol and caffeine intake
10.) Avoid smoking

Achieving a beautiful skin is not easy but it's not impossible either. You just need to be consistent with caring for it and follow these best observed tips.

I agree! I apply light makeup when I need to go out of the house, but if I don't need to run some errand, I don't apply makeup anymore. This will allow the skin to rest from the chemicals and breathe

Sure you must not sleep with your makeup on. Mineral makeup is safer on any skin type though and they don't clog the pores so it's less likely that you'll break out. Always drink plenty of water and exercise. Of course sleeping helps to make the skin look fresher so power naps are also advisable Smile
